I just adore my new furry friend Kenneth, the 'blue peter badge for taxidearmy acheivements' as he has been called! He works a treat when it comes to giving models a confused/sickened/interested/puzzled look during shoots! I think he will now be mounted on my wall with my slightly larger peices, thankyou!

"Was this how it started?" asked Ben.... Who got the tail?

I love this chap - he totally rocked the shots for the "Eat Your Heart Out & the PRETOX Potion" photo shoot. He's (I have decided it's a boy as he was posing with a vagina dentata cake) is now off to live with Alix Fox!

Thursday 23rd September. Thanks to the Designed & Made team I've adopted Ben. He's been busy exploring my desk. He has also made lots of new friends, (after the initial OH MY GOD WHAT"S THAT! ) It would seem everyone thinks we're made for each other because it's "so like you." I can't say I see much resemblance....

Eek ring meets the Demon Squirrel

I chose the Eek Ring because I thought he would get along well with the wooden squirrel I got at a church rummage sale in 1998. Sadly the demon squirrel is way more territorial than I expected so Eek Ring will have to move on to friendlier environs. It's not that they didn't get along, the house just isn't big enough for the both of them. They did promise to become penpals though and I fully expect them to conduct a lively correspondence

Eek rings

Sweet and petite or ghastly and grim, these tufty little mousekins are sure to grab attention and split opinions. These taxidermy inspired trophies combine the repellent ideas of infestation and contamination with a playful wearable design. Each critter is completely individual and one-of-a-kind, brought to life with sparkling Swarovski crystal eyes.
