Electric Angel
i-saint

Icons have long been used in homes to assist in prayer, as a focus for meditation, or as a more ambient spiritual reminder. In a post-Live Aid culture there is recognition that we can all be ‘saints’ if we seek to change the world for the better.

i-saint is a secular icon that gently reminds each of us of our potential to be more that human automatons - that we are sentient beings who can choose to use our time and talents in some small way to make the world a better place. We can be the ‘saints’ at work in the world.

i-saint is a multiple - each is identical when supplied but can be customised with the owner’s name. It is supplied flat but folds to form the shape of a figure against a background. Assembly instructions are printed on the rear. It is designed to be easily hung on a nail, pinned to a board or door where it will glint in the light, similar to a precious metal or gold leaf religious icon and be spotted as you leave the house. i-saint can be manufactured in etched metal or printed card versions.
